Bikram Singh Monga

I have been a proud ABA parent for the past 6 years.  I have been in Oman since 2009. I did my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Moscow and an MBA from University of Alberta, Canada.  I am also an alumni of Harvard Business School having graduated its Senior Executive Leadership Program.

My areas of expertise / strength are governance, compliance, legal, corporate finance, strategic planning, risk management, crisis management, innovation and Fintech.  I have worked with the ABA Board in 2018/2019 as a consultant to the Policy & Planning (Governance) Committee

I see the next two years as very challenging.  During the next year, one of the key tasks would be the move to our campus.  Safety for our students and staff will always carry a top priority in my agenda.  I hope to strengthen the school’s financial and governance structures.  Additionally, help build a sustainable strategy while harnessing our existing strengths and creating new possibilities especially in these trying times.

Nadia Mansour AlNaber

I am a mother of an ABA 2020 graduate and currently a grade 9 student living in Oman since 2015.

I bring in prior experience serving as an elected member of the board of directors of other highly reputable international schools. I have been an active community member in every school my children have joined in different countries worldwide, including Oman.

Since joining ABA in 2018, I volunteered in various ways as a Homeroom Parent, on the New Campus Transition Communication Committee and the 2020 Parents Graduation Committee.

I am a strong advocate of the IB system and its offer, and I believe a globally diverse inclusive community with a high level of family and community involvement is the backbone for a supportive learning environment. I believe elected parents play a significant role as informed advocates within the Board of Directors and want to support ABA as much as I can in upholding and ensuring it has in place the policies and strategies to support ABA students achieve their maximum potential to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
