Senior Leadership Team
The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) sets the strategic direction of the School and leads its implementation, ensuring appropriate resources are in place and effectively managed to achieve our goals. The SLT is accountable for ensuring high standards of excellence across academics, programs, operations and advancement opportunities.
The SLT consists of the academic leaders and the CFO. They meet weekly with the Head of School, bringing information from every staff member directly to the Head for quick decision making and turn-around of ideas. This meeting acts as a forum for evaluation of future programs and collegial exchange. The SLT looks to the future of the programs of the School while also guaranteeing the smooth daily operations of the school day.
