Applying to ABA
We are pleased that you are interested in learning more about ABA Oman International School. Our Admissions team is ready to provide answers to your questions and guide you through the application process.
ABA accepts applications on a rolling basis throughout the year, subject to availability of spaces. We aim to make the application process a straightforward experience.
If ABA sounds like a good fit for your family, we encourage you to contact our Admissions team.
A few things to note:
For entry into Grades 1-12, we request all school reports from the past two years, transcripts, standardized test scores, educational evaluations and behavioural consultation reports, as applicable. Documentation should be translated into English and attested by the appropriate Embassy.
The previous schooling is not a prerequisite for entry into Kindergarten. However, school reports or student information will be requested for all schools, preschools or nurseries the student has attended. Kindergarten children must be toilet trained.
For applicants to Grades 11 and 12, previous experience of the IB programmes is considered.
The ABA Administration reviews all student files, and student support staff may also be consulted before a place is offered.
Please note that we do not hold spaces and places are not confirmed until you receive an official letter from our Admissions team.
ABA listened and adapted to its community and made it possible for us to afford ABA. Having the option to pay the enrolment fee in 4 annual instalments instead of all at once made a huge difference. Plus, with the uncertainty in Oman right now, if we have to leave before the four years is finished, we don't have to pay the remaining amount. It's a very flexible solution for expat families.ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PARENT
A good teacher is a blessing and I feel blessed that two of my children went to ABA and had the opportunity to be taught by some of the best teachers there.
