ABA Performs is an engaging after school program offered at ABA Oman International School, designed to nurture students' creativity and performance skills through music and dance. This program is open to both ABA students and the wider community, providing a platform for participants to explore their artistic talents in a supportive environment.

During the year we will continue to offer dance classes in Modern and Ballet and our instrumental classes in Brass, Woodwind, Strings, Guitar and Drums.

  • ABA Performs runs across 2 semesters of 15 weeks

    • Semester One August 25th - December 15th 2024

    • Semester Two January 26th - May 18th 2025

Semester One Individual Instrumental Music Classes:

  • Drums - Mr Thomas | Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday after school

  • Saxophone, Clarinet, Recorder - Miss Rebecca | Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

  • Brass - Mr Jim | Monday and Wednesday

  • Flute - Miss Suzie | Sunday, Monday and Tuesday

  • Violin - Mr Luca | Tuesday 

  • Guitar and Bass - Mr Robert | Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

  • Piano and Classical Singing - Mr David | Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday

 

DANCE

Semester One Dance Classes:

  • Monday- 2.30pm - 3.30pm Modern Dance Stage 2

  • Tuesday- Ballet Stage 1 1.30 - 2.15 

  • Tuesday- Modern Dance Stage 1 2.30 - 3.30

  • Wednesday- Ballet Stage 2 2.30pm - 3.30pm

  • Thursday- Ballet Stage 1 1.30 - 2.15
     

  • Ballet Stage 1 - FCM/KG

  • Ballet Stage 2 - They are moved onto this stage from stage 1 or if they enroll with prior experience

  • Modern Stage 1 ES School

  • Modern Stage 2 MS School unless ES has strong technique
