External Programmes
ABA has partnered with reputable sports and activities providers in Muscat to provide an equal opportunity for our students as well as non-ABA students to participate in and hone their athletics skills.
External programmes such as Football, Tennis, Rugby, Gymnastics and Frisbee are organized at our campus through external service providers who can be contacted directly for further information. These programmes offer valuable and unique educational experiences that complement the ABA curriculum. We are proud to allow our students to participate in these programmes and encourage you to browse the list below.
Muscat Pirates Junior Rugby Club
Rugby is known all over the world as one of the most challenging team games, but one that also has a strong sense of community and fun. These three elements – physical challenge, community and fun form the foundation of junior rugby in Muscat. We are a non-profit, volunteer-run club and our primary emphasis is for the boys and girls to enjoy their rugby while at the same time learning the basic skills and gaining an aptitude for the game. We extend a warm welcome to all children and teenagers, male and female from the age of 4 to 18 who are looking to take their rugby to the next level or just starting the game. We cater for all levels of rugby.

PROTENNIS
Pro Tennis Oman team provides fun and effective tennis classes for kids of all ages and skill levels at ABA School. Their experienced coaches are enthusiastic and dedicated to helping young players improve their game. The classes cover technique, strategy, and physical conditioning, and are designed to be engaging and challenging. The team is an excellent choice for parents looking to provide quality tennis coaching for their children in a fun, friendly and safe environment!

ESG Football Academy
ESG Football Academy is a platform that is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young football players in Oman. Our aim is to provide a supportive environment where players can reach their full potential under the guidance of experienced ex-professional footballers and UEFA license coaches. Our team of coaches comprises of ex-professional footballers and UEFA license coaches, who bring with them years of experience in the sport. They are committed to helping players hone their skills and reach their full potential.

ORION GYMANSTICS
We take pride in delivering high quality gymnastics classes to children of all ages and levels in Muscat. At Orion Gymnastics, we offer structured recreational and competitive programs to children aged 4 and older.
The school gymnastics program is designed to introduce younger and older students to the world of gymnastics while emphasizing the development of fundamental movement patterns and skills.
