New Teacher Programme

ABA is looking for newly trained, certified teachers to join our New Teacher Programme for the 2021-22 School Year. Our New Teacher Programme is designed for newly qualified teachers who wish to gain full-time, mentored, international training experience. A New Teacher at ABA collaborates with the mentor teacher in all aspects of teaching, from planning the lessons to meeting with parents.

ABA offers a monthly salary, furnished, shared (private room) accommodation, return flight, medical insurance, and a technology stipend. The positions are for a one-year contract running from August through June.

In addition, the New Teachers will benefit from ABA's calendar of professional development.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

When you ready to apply please make sure you meet the minimum teaching requirements:

Valid teaching certification from an accredited teacher education program
A clear criminal record check
Knowledge of the IB curriculum
Below 58 years of age for the initial contract
